I Want to Be the Girl with the Most Cake

In today's television landscape where nearly every demographic has at least one reality program dedicated to them (Loggers, Cave-Craving Guys, Tree Men), it makes sense that hipster cake-makers should also get their air-time. Refreshingly, Duff Goldman and his Charm City employees are a laid-back bunch that can bake a four-tiered Ferrari-shaped wedding cake without melting down or sabotaging a crew member. The only tragedy befalling Duff's Baltimore kitchen are transportation spills, Geof's seemingly chemically-enhanced attention to detail and Mary Alice's nerves.

Ace of Cakes [10 PM, Food Network]

When a bride and groom unknowingly order surprise wedding rehearsal cakes for each other, Mary Alice stresses out over keeping their orders straight without spilling the secret. Meanwhile, Ben and Elena create a Humpty-Dumpty-themed cake for a bridal shower.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta [10 PM, Bravo]

Kim enforces strict rules with her new nanny to avoid the kinds of mistakes that have happened with previous help. NeNe directs the other Housewives in a photo shoot but ends up getting a little too bossy (no surprise, there). Meanwhile, a family tragedy means that Kandi's engagement party will have to be canceled.

Big Brother 11 [8 PM, CBS]

This season's showmance will end tonight when either Jeff or Jordan is eliminated. If Jeff stays, the Chicago-boy has a good chance of winning, but chances are that Kevin and Natalie will keep ditzy Jordan in the house. Either way, you can plan for an emotional goodbye and at least one relationship montage.

Into the Wild [8:15 PM, TMC]

Although you might not know it from all of the promotional artwork, Sean Penn's passion project features an all-star cast with everyone from yesterday's character actors (Marcia Gay Harden, William Hurt) to today's vampire seductress (Kristen Stewart) to Zach Galifianakis. But don't let that marquis weight fool you, this is Emile Hirsch's film. His portrayal of Chris McCandless, the free-spirited college grad who threw everything away to wander in Alaskan nature, would be worth a watch even if it had been a one-man show.
